At this Cinco de Mayo themed, virtual event; recently certified, plant based home chef, Emilya shares her plant-based way of cooking to help others illuminate health and healing from within. Using food as medicine, Emilya takes an intuitive approach to curate dishes and meals that nurture the mind and body as a whole. Taking ordinary common dishes, and making them extraordinary like the one she will be sharing with you on May 6th all along with creating conscious conversations topic talks, and ending the night with a meditation!
